Megan Edwards

Megan’s practice focuses on corporate and financing transactions, including secured commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and tax reorganizations. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in corporate law, she assists clients throughout every stage of a transaction, including due diligence, the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents, closing coordination, and post-closing matters. Megan also has significant experience conducting corporate records reviews and preparing the full range of corporate documents required to establish, maintain, and reorganize corporate entities.
