CP Law was established in 2004 by Dan Chitiz and Paul Pathak (Chitiz Pathak LLP),
two respected practitioners who built their careers at leading national firms before
choosing a different path. They founded the firm with a clear objective: to deliver top-tier

What began as a boutique alternative has grown into a formidable presence in the
