Chloe Kyrtsakas

Chloe Kyrtsakas is an associate lawyer in the business law group of CP LLP whose practice focuses on corporate, commercial, and securities law. She advises clients on a wide range of matters, including commercial agreements, public and private financings, transactions, corporate governance, privacy and data protection, regulatory compliance, due diligence, risk management, and continuous disclosure obligations.

Prior to joining CP LLP, Chloe practiced corporate law at a national law firm.
