Josh Arbuckle

Josh Arbuckle is a partner in the business law group of CP Law. Josh practices mainly in the areas of corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law, with a focus on servicing junior public companies, transactions involving Capital Pool Companies, and stock exchange listings. Josh is also experienced in the fields of venture capital and private equity fund formation and investments.

He provides a broad range of guidance to corporate clients in a number of industries, including natural resources, manufacturing, technology, AI, alternative energies, and financial services. Josh is a regular lecturer at TSX Venture Exchange seminars, and frequently sits on the board of public companies.

Prior to joining CP LLP, Josh worked at major law firms in Toronto and New York. While in New York, his practice focused on public and private securities offerings and developing structured financial products for American investment banks.
